Suzanne Morse, MSN, APRN-BC, RN-BC
Suzanne moved from Kansas City to Northern Arizona in 2012 to pursue her passion for helping patients with chronic pain. She established her own practice for Pain Management in 2012. Suzanne witnessed the struggles of patients trying to find Family Practice services in Payson. As a result, she created Integricare. Integricare offers affordable, convenient healthcare. Suzanne has over 10 years experience as Nurse Practitioner and 20 years as a nurse.
Kristin Woods, MSN, FNP-BC
Kristin has been a Payson, AZ resident for 28 years. She has been providing healthcare to its residents for over 7 years as a Registered Nurse before completing her Masters of Science in Nursing with emphasis in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019 from Grand Canyon University. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has had the pleasure of growing up and now raising her own family in Payson. She is committed to fulfilling much needed medical services in Payson. She plans on providing affordable, convenient healthcare to her community in her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Vicki Garner
Vicki is our Office Manager. She is a resident of Payson. Vicki is the glue that holds the office together.
